Q1 Why should I have my bin cleaned?

We do not just clean your bin, we disinfect it, de-odourise it and provide you with the peace of mind that your bin is left hygienically clean by removing germs, viruses and fungi thereby protecting you, your family, your home, your staff, your customers or your business
 
Q2 How will I know you've cleaned my bin?

Your bin will smell fresh.  If it doesn't then we haven't done our job properly so please tell us!
 
Q3 Do I have to sign a contract?

A3

No.  We pride ourselves on our customer service and therefore feel that contracts should not be necessary
 
Q4 How will I know what  I've paid for?

A4

For advance payment customers we provide a receipt showing how many cleans you've had, and the next cleaning date.  For customers choosing to "pay as we clean" we provide a slip showing the amount outstanding and next cleaning date.
 
Q5 What if I've paid in advance and then move home?

A5

You can continue having your bin cleaned at your new home. If not, we have a "no-hassle refund policy".  Refund is based on straight pro-rata on cleans provided against cleans purchased.
 
Q6 What if I forget to put my bin out or put the wrong bin out.  Will I be charged?

A6

No.  Our policy is that if a clean cannot be done for any reason at all (e.g. inclement weather or wrong bin put out) your account will not be charged.
